SKINFROSTING: REVLON NEARLY NAKED PRESSED POWDER REVIEW.

Finally Revlon Nearly Naked Pressed Powder has reached Malaysian shores. It’s a long time waiting, so glad that it’s finally here because I’m excited to see for myself how wonderful it is. Beauty bloggers and youtubers have been raving about them for months now, let’s see how I like them.

There’s only 3 shades available in Malaysia and I have the the lightest 020 LIGHT PALE. Suits my skin well, almost a match. I tried it this week exclusively to see how it works on my skin. It’s pretty good I’d say.

The Nearly Naked Pressed Powder came with a square powder puff. I tried using it on half of my face and the other half I used Ecotools powder brush. I find that I can get more coverage using the powder puff alone. Use a big fluffy powder brush for lighter coverage or to set your bb creams or foundations.

The pressed powder also came with a mirror on top, which is great for touch ups during the day. And, I don’t have to bring my own mirror, how convenient!

I did a swatch for you guys to see, the texture of this pressed powder is something I’ve never felt before. It’s like this creamy smooth cream but in a powder form, you know what I mean. I think the best way to describe it is, cream to powder kind of consistency.

The pressed powder is very very lightweight, I felt like wearing nothing.  The pressed powder is so silky smooth, blends seamlessly into my skin like a second layer of perfect skin. Wearing this is like my own skin but better! You guys got to try it to know what I mean.

The staying power is roughly 6-8 hours before I see any shine down my T-zone. I can see tiny bit of separation on the sides if my nose but overall, it still looked great on me after a long day at work. I wore it for 12 to 13 hours straight.

Coverage is light to medium, depending on how you apply it. Use the powder puff that it came with more a medium coverage. And use a powder brush for lighter coverage to set your makeup.

I used the powder puff to achieve more coverage as I do have some post acne marks on my cheeks. You can see how well it covers them and the redness around my nose. This pressed powder gives a very healthy glow, not matte or flat at all. Like a satin, velvet finish. It even managed to cover my pores, making my skin so healthy and flawless. I’m so loving it right now.

Revlon Nearly Naked Pressed Powder retails for Rm39.90 at participating outlets throughout the nation.

Have you tried it yet? What do you think?
