This is the Dr jart rejuvenating blemish balm also known as silver label bb cream in short. This is a Korean brand bb cream. I got mine at our local sasa store in Kuching.

It claims to express perfect flawless skin while concealing blemishes and activating skin rejuvenation,Soothes red irritated skin and control excess sebum as stated on the back.

To be honest, I was a little skeptical about the claims but little did I know It’s really true! It really does what it claims to do (at least on my skin) but do bear in mind that everyone’s skin is different. It worked for me doesn’t mean it will for you. Also, I’m not being paid. All these honest opinions are my own.

To start off, I have combination skin. It’s oily on the t-zone but really tight and dry on my cheeks. And I have a lot of red marks left by previous acne on both cheeks and chin.

What I like to do is, squeeze out a pea size like so

And spread all over my face. It really conceal well as It’s medium to full coverage bb cream. But I still need to apply Concealer for my dark circles. This bb cream soothes And cover my skin especially on my chin as it has a lot of redness. it dries down to a matte finish and I finish off by powdering my whole face and I’m done.

The bb cream is fairly easy to blend but be sure to moisturise your face first. If you don’t moisturise, it can be harder to blend as It’s quite thick in consistency.

A little goes a long way when it comes to bb cream. It’s non cakey unless you pile on too much.

This is my holy Grail bb cream. I use it everyday and I’m not even Half done yet with the 50 ml tube. Lasts on my skin for at least 7 hours before any oil comes through. The best thing is, it has never break me out. I’ve experience breakouts with lots of bb cream but not this. So I’m very happy with it.

XOXO
