Deionised Water
Deionized water (Aqua)
(purified water/demineralized water)
Pure and extremely soluble, leaving much less drying residue than water used in other products.
Deionized water is water that lacks ions, such as cations (positive charged ions) from sodium, calcium, iron, copper and anions (negatively charged ions) such as chloride and bromide. This means it has been purified from most ions. This type of water is produced using an ion exchange process.
Deionized water is similar to distilled water, in that it is useful for where the presence of impurities may be undesirable. The lack of ions causes the water’s resistivity (resistivity to an electrical flow) to increase. Ultra-pure deionized water can have a theoretical maximum resistivity up to 1000 times greater than common tap water. This means that pure deionized water is theoretically up to 1000 times more soluble than common tap water – that is why there is little or no residue left after applying.

Aloe Vera Long known for its healing and moisturizing properties as a dry skin moisturizer. Aloe Vera has a long history as a safe and effective medicine and skin care aid that has traditionally been used to treat various skin conditions, including psoriasis, eczema, inflammation, burns and wounds. A great dry skin moisturizer, it helps keep your skin supple by bringing oxygen to the cells, increasing the strength of skin tissue.

Allantoin
Allantoin is a natural soothing, anti-irritant, and skin protectant that  increases the water content of the extracellular matrix which provides structural support to cells and is an important part of connective tissue.

Allantoin also increases the smoothness of the skin; promotes cell replication; and promotes the healing of wounds, burns, and scars. It is added to skin care products for its moisturizing effect as well as its ability to cause the outer layer of dead skin cells to loosen and shed.

Chamomile
Chamomile is an age-old medicinal herb known in ancient Egypt, Greece and Rome. Chamomile’s popularity grew throughout the Middle Ages when people turned to it as a remedy for numerous medical complaints including asthma, colic, fevers, inflammations, nausea, nervous complaints, children’s ailments, skin diseases and cancer. As a popular remedy, it may be thought of as the European counterpart of the Chinese tonic Ginseng. It provide relief from rashes and irritated skin and has anti bacterial properties and can help to clean and protect wounds from infections.

When applied topically to the skin, it soothes redness and irritation. For this reason, it is a common ingredient in skincare. It also eliminates itchiness and is good for those with allergic reactions. Sometimes chamomile is used on rashes. Because of its anti-inflammatory properties, it can work to take down swelling caused by rashes or skin irritants.

Lactic Acid
Lactic acid is an alpha hydroxy acid (AHA). AHAs are acids derived from foods, and, as it turns out a type of acid that’s safe to apply to our skin. Citric acid, for example, from citrus fruits (lemons, oranges, etc.) is an alpha hydroxy acid. Lactic acid is found in sour milk, but you may have also heard of or tried other AHAs, such glycolic acid, from sugar cane, which is also a popular ingredient in anti-aging topical skin care products.
AHAs applied topically and regularly to your skin help reduce the appearance of aging, and they can be an especially good remedy against fine lines, wrinkles and other signs of premature aging from sun damage. Let’s talk about five important benefits — and the drawbacks — of adding lactic acid to your skin-care routine, beginning with improved skin texture.

After using Miyome Multi Repair Essence for 2 weeks, I can say I’m very happy and impressed with it.

My skin rough and dry texture has changed to soft and moist. It brightens up my dull skin and fade some of my unwanted post red acne marks on my cheeks.

My skin is super happy when using Miyome Multi Repair Essence because I didn’t experience any breakouts or irritation. My skin indeed has improved a lot even though it’s only 2 weeks of usage. I will recommend this to all my friends!

Thank you Miyome Malaysia!
