Bevy C Soothing Hydrating Overnight Mask have pretty good ingredients. I will elaborate more on these ingredients.

Jojoba (pronounced as ho ho ba) oil is one of them. Jojoba oil is known as the oil (wax) that mostly closely resembles human sebum, so the uses and benefits to skin and hair are high.

Jojoba oil is great for people with Oily Skin though it may sound scary to put an oil on your skin if you already have a problem with oily skin, jojoba oil can help regulate the amount of sebum (what you see as oil) your skin makes, creating less oil.

Jojoba oil is great natural moisturiser for all skin especially oily skin because they absorb really well and there is no stickiness or feeling greasy after you apply.

Helianthus Annuus ( sunflower seeds oil)
Sunflowers oil is best known for its beta-carotene, a fat-soluble compound usually found in a various vegetables and fruits. The compound contains a good deal of antioxidant properties which are greatly beneficial for human health especially skin care. Studies show this oil can fight infection and improve skin barrier function. It is a good source of lineolic acid which helps the skin produce ceramides needed to prevent water form evaporating off the skin.

Ceramides are natural components of human skin. There are different ceramide types (conveniently numbered – i.e. ceramide 3) and six are commonly found in skin. All four layers of the epidermis contain ceramides, and they play an important role by creating a barrier which reduces infection and helps to retain the skin’s moisture. Reduction in the amount of ceramides may result in dry skin, dermatitis, or wrinkles.

In a Japanese study, eight people’s eyelids were treated with a ceramide gel for four weeks with the result that “water content of eyelid skin was significantly increased after treatment.” There’s also a French study, showing that topical ceramides with “other skin lipids” improved skin barrier repair. A ceramide gel was also shown to relieve dermatitis, while sphingolipids (which as mentioned above is made up of ceramide) from a lactic acid bacteria was applied topically and increased the skin’s resistance to aging.

Hibiscus Extract
The flowers of the Hibiscus have anti-oxidant properties and inhibit elastin degradation, helping to maintain the skin’s elasticity and thereby offering anti-aging effects.Hibiscus Extract is useful for formulations targeting skin tone, anti-aging, anti-cellulite and refirming products and also it is thought to improve the skin’s elasticity too, which can bring anti-aging benefits for mature skin! How wonderful.

This is another oil that will benefit your skin and that is Frankincense essential oil. It is a type of essential oil commonly used in aromatherapy. Typically sourced from the resin of the Boswellia carterii or Boswellia sacra tree, frankincense essential oil is said to offer a variety of health benefits. When used as an ingredient in skin-care products, frankincense essential oil is said to treat dry skin, reverse signs of aging, and reduce the appearance of scars and stretch marks. frankincense has amazing skin regeneration properties. It helps to improve skin tone and condition. Frankincense is inherently astringent so it acts as a balancer, reducing excess dryness or oilyness, returning the skin condition back to normal.

Oat Kernel Extract is an ingredient I must mention. It is also known as Avena Sativa. Oat Kernel contains an abundance of beneficial, natural compounds including polyphenols, beta-glucan and amino acids. One of the specific beneficial polyphenol compounds in Oat is called avenanthramide. This ingredient is very helpful for soothing and moisturizing the skin.

Oat Kernel Extract, comes from the oat plant which has been known for centuries as a relief for irritants and in some ways can be used as an exfoliate. The oat plant is rich in B1, B2 & Vitamin D. Vitamin D plays a role in increasing skin cell metabolism while the B vitamins help with circulation and maintain glowing skin tones.

Buckwheat is an important ingredient in Bevy C Soothing Hydrating overnight mask due to its high level of flavenoids, blocking free radicals, buckwheat has strong anti-aging and longevity properties. Polyunsaturated fatty acids in buckwheat act similar to olive oil, enhancing skin’s elasticity and smoothness.

As an old folk beauty remedy, buckwheat was soaked in pure mineral water to let it absorb all the wonderful ingredients. The water then used to rinse the face to energize and brighten dull, tired or mature skin.

One of the unique old Russian remedies with aromatic grains is a hot buckwheat massage or compress. Tightly wrapped cotton bags with roasted and heated buckwheat husks are dipped in warm pine nut or sunflower oil and massaged onto the skin. The combination of heat and aroma is very therapeutic – it is an instant natural face lift! It relaxes tension, cleanses skin, invigorates blood circulation, while the fragrance of heated buckwheat is soothing and calming. Winter is an ideal time to enjoy a hot buckwheat compress!

Japan is another country where buckwheat is used not only as a food ingredient for soba noodles, but also as a filler for pillows. It is considered that such pillows relieve headaches and prevent formation of wrinkles.

Next is Punica Granatum, also known as Pomegranate, has long been touted for its high levels of Vitamin C and antioxidants, which can help prevent cell damage. Several studies have shown its ability to speed wound healing, as well as play a positive role in the repair of sun damaged and aging skin. Pomegranate extracts exert their positive effects by extending the life of fibroblasts, the cells responsible for producing collagen and elastin, the components that give strength and support to the skin. Another recent study showed that the oil from Punica Granatum extract can stimulate the production of collagen, resulting in a mild thickening of the epidermis and dermis of the skin. It can also prevent the breakdown of collagen fibers, the culprits of skin aging and wrinkles. “This suggests that pomegranate oil may boost the ability of skin to repair itself by regenerating the supporting collagen structure of the skin. Other studies have shown that pomegranate seed extract applied to the skin may reduce the formation of some forms of skin cancer, suggesting that its antioxidant capabilities may be responsible for some of pomegranate’s skin benefits.”

Punica Granatum has also been shown to provide UVA- and UVB-induced damage control, skin regeneration, hyperpigmentation control, chemopreventative activity, matrix metalloproteinase inhibition, enhance the topical effectiveness of sunscreens, and destroy several viruses on contact.

Bevy C Soothing Hydrating overnight mask has changed my skin from dry, flaky dehydrated skin to smooth supple moisturised skin. I can see the results the next morning, my skin felt and appeared healthier and well hydrated overnight.

I apply Bevy C Soothing Hydrating overnight mask after applied all of my skincare products. It is the last step in skincare regime. A pea size amount is enough for my entire face including neck. It doesn’t feel oily at all and it dries down to matte finish. I like that it feels very soothing with a slight cooling sensation as it dries. It smells really nice too, almost like lavender that just makes me so comfortable and cozy before I dose off.

I did not experienced any irritation or breakouts from using Bevy C Soothing Hydrating overnight mask.

I highly recommend Bevy C Soothing Hydrating overnight mask for those with all skin types especially dry, problematic skin like mine and now my skin has improved so much! It’s healthier, glowy-dewy and less dehydrated thanks to Bevy C Soothing Hydrating overnight mask.
