Clean and clear has always been my go-to drugstore brand for years now, since high school because it’s so affordable and widely available at pharmacies like Watson or Guardian which are easily accessible.

It’s my trusted brand for clearing up my blackheads and acne without being too harsh or drying. Although it’s mainly targeted for teens with skin problems but I find that it worked very well on my skin which is combination that’s easily dehydrated, on top of that I’m acne prone as well. My skin is difficult to pleased but this cleanser managed to clear my blackheads and keep acne from sprouting further.

This super cleanser has all the goodness to keep spots and blackheads at bay with:
●Salicylic Acid to treat acne, blackheads/Whiteheads
●Witch Hazel helps to shrink the pores, decreasing oil, acne fighter,
●Apple Juice to slough off dead skin, speeds up the healing process of acne
●Aloe to soothe/calm irritated skin

The cleanser has tiny beads that’s gentle for daily use. I didn’t experience any tight or dry feeling after using it. The more I use it, the more I love it!

How I use it?
I squeeze out a pea size amount and massage it all over my damp face..for about 30 seconds to a minute. And I slowly add water and continue to massage areas like the nose, cheeks or areas where I am likely to get congestion and clogged pores. When I’m done, I just washed it off with water or using a wet flannel.

This cleanser does have slight perfumey smell but not overpowering at all. It’s quite nice actually. Very fresh scent.

The micro beads does a good job at exfoliating and getting rid of any dead skin that I may have. I can use it once or even twice a day without any irritation. It does a great job too at removing any excess makeup that may have left.

I’m actually quite surprised at this cleanser because it didn’t dry my face out but instead it speeds up the healing process of my hormonal breakouts, blame the period cause its that time of the month again 😦

Not only does my acne healed faster, but my face is also less oily especially down my T-zone area. Amazing! I also noticed less blackheads as well on the nose, my cheeks after continously using for a week.

My face is so smooth after I cleansed with this deep action daily pore cleanser. I can’t stop touching it. Soft as babies skin.
